Nexus at Geneva is seeking a Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the facility’s financial and administrative operations, focusing on accurate billing, regulatory compliance, and patient service. The BOM will manage resident accounts, Medicare/Medicaid billing, private-pay collections, admissions paperwork, trust accounts, and supervise the business office staff.

• Complete therapy verifications by rerunning eligibility to ensure accurate information.
