Job summary

Talentify is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This role manages billing, collections, resident accounts, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations while delivering excellent customer service to residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare billing or business office management (SNF experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance billing.
• Experience with accounts receivable and collections in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business office functions, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain resident trust accounts and financial records.
• Supervise and train business office staff.
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and insurance providers regarding financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with facility leadership on budgeting and financial planning.
