Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee billing, collections, AR/AP and financial compliance in our Skilled Nursing Facility. This role ensures accurate financial performance while supporting residents and families.

You will lead with integrity, manage Medicare/Medicaid billing, and collaborate with admissions and nursing to maintain census and financial accuracy. Prior SNF BOM experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must have prior SNF Business Office Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and collections.
• Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Degree in business/accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all business office functions, including billing, AR/AP, collections, and Medicaid Pending applications.
• Ensure accuracy in Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing.
• Oversee resident trust accounts, petty cash, and financial reconciliations.
• Partner with admissions, nursing, and home office billing to maintain census and compliance.
• Lead with integrity, ensuring confidentiality and operational excellence.
