Job summary

Healthcare Nursing Center of Nebraska is seeking a detail-oriented Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the resident financial operations in a skilled nursing facility. You will manage billing, accounts receivable, compliance, and resident financial services while supporting facility leadership.

You will supervise billing processes, ensure Medicare/Medicaid compliance, maintain accurate records, serve as a primary contact for residents and families, and support audits and regulatory

Qualifications

• Previous BOM or healthcare business office experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and SNF reimbursement.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare billing systems.

Responsibilities
