Job summary

Nexus Health is seeking a Business Office Manager in Elmwood Park, IL to oversee the facility's financial and administrative operations, ensuring accurate billing, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service. You will manage resident accounts, Medicare/Medicaid billing, private-pay collections, and related paperwork.

The role requires SNF BOM experience, PCC proficiency, and strong time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• SNF BOM or Assistant BOM experience is required.
• Working knowledge of PCC, census, Medicaid and Medicare.
• Excellent time management & organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial files on all residents and ensure documentation is complete.
• Process daily deposits and credit card payments; submit to corporate biller for posting.
• Act as liaison between corporate office and family members for billing questions.
