Tampico Healthcare Center in Walnut Creek, CA seeks an Admissions Coordinator to manage the facility's referrals and admissions process, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to streamline patient flow and census goals.

You will focus on community sales, referral management, and post-admission support, ensuring high-quality service, payer satisfaction, and a positive public image for the facility.

Competenze

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of two (2) years college education in the field of health care administration, business management, and/or marketing or public relations preferred.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on facility's business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Mansioni

• Manage admissions process and referrals to meet census goals.
• Coordinate customer flow into and through the nursing facility with the interdisciplinary team.
• Guide the facility sales program to maximize QMix and ADC.
• Collaborate with administrators and staff to improve admission performance.
