Job summary

Encore Village of Schaumburg is seeking an A/R Billing Manager with SNF experience to oversee all aspects of accounts receivable for SNF, AL, IL and outpatient services. You will submit claims, monitor status, resolve denials, and manage aging across service lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Healthcare A/R Billing experience.
• Knowledge of SNF billing processes and regulations.
• PCC and Inovalon experience required.
• Familiarity with multiple payer billing requirements.
• Strong problem solvings and analytical skills to resolve issues.
• Excellent communication with residents, insurers and team.

Responsibilities

• Submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, LTC and other payers for SNF, AL, IL and outpatient services.
• Monitor claim status, resolve denials, and ensure timely resubmission and month-end close.
• Manage A/R aging for all service lines and lead monthly reviews.
• Analyze A/R reports, identify aging trends and improve collections.
• Ensure compliance with billing regulations and payer guidelines.
• Cash posting, deposits, and accuracy of cash tracking.
• Maintain insurance logs and PCC/PDPM updates.
• Supervise AR Billing staff and provide training and feedback.
• Establish workflow expectations, productivity standards and quality controls.
