Encore Village in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an A/R Billing Manager with SNF experience to streamline claims submission to Medicare, Medicaid, LTC, and other payers across SNF, AL, IL and Outpatient services. You will monitor status, resolve denials, and lead month-end close.

You will supervise AR Billing staff, analyze A/R aging, implement collection strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate cash tracking and billing documentation.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years Healthcare A/R Billing experience.
• Knowledge of SNF billing processes and regulations.
• PCC & Inovalon experience.

Mansioni

• Submit claims to all payers for SNF, AL, IL, and Outpatient services.
• Monitor claim status, resolve denials, and ensure timely resubmission and month-end close.
• Manage and maintain A/R aging for all service lines; lead reviews and reporting.
• Analyze A/R, identify aging trends, and implement collection strategies.
• Ensure compliance with billing regulations and payer guidelines.
• Supervise AR Billing staff; provide training and feedback.
• Establish workflow expectations, productivity standards, and quality controls.
