The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, be proficient in healthcare billing software, and able to collaborate with facility admins and corporate finance teams to maximize collections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years AR and billing in a SNF/LTC environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit claims for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private payers.
• Manage full AR cycle for SNF/LTC residents.
• Monitor AR aging and pursue outstanding balances and denials.
• Investigate, appeal, and resolve denied or underpaid claims.
• Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile resident accounts.
• Communicate with insurers, residents, families about billing.
• Ensure compliance with billing regulations.
• Prepare AR aging, collections, and reimbursement trend reports.
