Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring a strong, customer‑focused store environment. You’ll lead with energy, ownership, and a proactive mindset on the sales floor each shift.

Quotas and customer service standards are key, with emphasis on teamwork, flexibility, and owning store execution to deliver an exceptional sneaker culture experience.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key-holder role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
