Foot Locker is seeking a Sales Lead to support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach the team, and keep the store running smoothly. This part-time role emphasizes energy, ownership, and customer focus in a fast-paced sneaker-focused environment.

You’ll lead by example on the floor, engage with customers, and help deliver exceptional service while coordinating daily store operations and upholding company standards. Flexible hours required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, leadership or key holder role preferred.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and ownership.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Open/close store operations, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled and assist with hiring and training.
