Foot Locker is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager by driving sales, coaching the team, and keeping the store running smoothly. You’ll lead on the floor with energy, ownership, and a customer-first mindset, ensuring a great shopping experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, managing daily operations, and using retail tech to enhance service. This role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions on every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Leverage retail technology and digital tools to enhance the customer experience and store operations.
