Foot Locker is seeking a part‑time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

As a hands‑on leader, you will move with urgency, engage customers and teammates, and uphold store standards. The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key-holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with energy and a strong customer focus.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support store sales goals and help close the loop with customers.
• Manage daily store operations, opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Take ownership of store execution and uphold safety and SOPs.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled and mentor new hires.
