Job summary

Qualifications

• 36 months experience as a public assistance caseworker with experience in all categories of public assistance.
• AND 3 months experience training or 3 months experience in technical writing.
• AND 3 months experience training or 3 months experience in mainframe databases.
• AND valid Ohio driver license.

Responsibilities

• Review food assistance budgets and research policy.
• Manage and coordinate your schedule and travel to counties to interview clients.
• Review screens in the Ohio Benefits eligibility system and send contact letters.
• Complete interviews, close cases in the Federal System and upload verifications.
