The State of Ohio is seeking a Quality Analyst (Case Management Analyst) in the Office of Family Assistance to review SNAP cases for accuracy and timeliness. This full-time role supports the OFA Bureau of Program Integrity, evaluating county caseworker work to ensure compliance with regulations.

Based in Columbus, OH, the position offers an hourly rate of $31.47 and an 8‑hour day schedule with travel 2–3 times per month. Benefits include medical coverage, paid time off, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 36 months experience as a public assistance caseworker with experience in all categories of public assistance
• AND 3 months experience training or 3 months experience in technical writing
• AND 3 months experience training or 3 months experience in mainframe databases
• AND valid Ohio driver license

Responsibilities

• Review food assistance budgets
• Research food assistance policy
• Manage and coordinate your schedule
• Travel to counties to interview clients
• Review screens in the Ohio Benefits eligibility system
• Send contact letters to clients
• Complete interviews with clients
• Complete cases in the Federal System
• Upload materials and verifications for each review
