Mathematica, Inc. is seeking Advisory Services Analysts with SNAP and SNAP E&T experience to support federal, state, and local clients.

The role focuses on policy analysis, technical assistance, research, and program improvement across nutrition and workforce domains. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, collaboration, and the ability to translate findings into practical recommendations, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in public policy, public administration, economics, nutrition, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience including SNAP/SNAP E&T policy or program operations.
• Experience conducting policy or program analysis, research, or technical assistance in nutrition or human services.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences and strong collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to multidisciplinary project teams and own defined tasks.
• Analyze SNAP and SNAP E&T policies and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information.
• Support engagements with federal, state, and local agencies and workforce partners.
• Draft clear client deliverables and present findings to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate across disciplines and help lead workstreams as needed.
