Job summary

State of Tennessee is seeking a qualified professional to deliver advanced workforce services across multiple programs within the Workforce Services Division. You will support SNAP Employment & Training, RESEA, H-2A Housing Inspection, and Wagner-Peyser to advance statewide workforce initiatives through direct service delivery, program administration, outreach, and partnership coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years in roles involving direct public engagement, customer service, or workforce development.
Experience substitutions allowed for education: related field experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced professional workforce services across multiple programs within Workforce Services.
Support SNAP Employment & Training, RESEA, H-2A Housing Inspection, and Wagner-Peyser programs.
