State of Tennessee is seeking a professional to deliver workforce services across SNAP E&T, RESEA, H-2A Housing Inspection, and Wagner-Peyser programs in Clarksville and surrounding counties. Role requires collaboration with partners, outreach to diverse communities, and strict compliance with state and federal rules.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in direct public engagement, customer service, or workforce development.
• Valid driver's license.

• Perform advanced professional workforce services across multiple programs within the Workforce Services Division.
• Deliver SNAP Employment & Training, RESEA, H-2A Housing Inspection, and Wagner-Peyser services to support statewide workforce initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements; maintain documentation; support continuous improvement.
