Job summary

The State of Tennessee in Chattanooga is seeking an experienced Workforce Services professional to oversee multiple programs (SNAP E&T, RESEA, H-2A Housing, Wagner-Peyser) and drive direct service delivery.

Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of public engagement or customer service, plus a valid driver's license. Travel statewide may be required, with a mix of virtual and in-person work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct public engagement or customer service.
• Valid motor vehicle driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SNAP E&T, RESEA, H-2A Housing Inspection, and Wagner-Peyser program areas.
• Provide program administration, outreach, and partnership coordination.
