Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role involving direct public engagement, customer service, or workforce development.
• Substitution of Experience for Education: Customer service-related experience may substitute for education year-for-year.
• Necessary Special Qualifications: Possession of a valid motor vehicle driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced professional workforce services across multiple programs within the Workforce Services Division.
• Support SNAP Employment & Training, RESEA, H-2A Housing Inspection, Wagner-Peyser to advance statewide workforce initiatives.
• Deliver direct service, program administration, outreach, compliance, and partnership coordination.
• Work with partners and be flexible to engage in virtual and in-person environments.
