Job summary

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role involving direct public engagement, customer service, or workforce development.

Responsibilities

Conduct participant intake and assessments to develop individualized employment plans and verify eligibility.
Connect participants to training, education, and support services; build partnerships with community organizations and workforce partners.
Support performance outcomes such as Measurable Skills Gains, Credential attainment, employment and retention; maintain documentation for compliance.
