State of Tennessee in Columbia, TN, seeks a Public Engagement Specialist within the Labor and Workforce Development Department. This role supports SNAP E&T, RESEA, and Wagner-Peyser through direct service delivery, program administration, outreach and partnership coordination.

Responsibilities include flexible hours for events (morning/evening), travel statewide and occasional weekend work, with potential deployment during emergencies under direction of the Commissioner or Governor.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, business administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in roles involving direct public engagement, customer service, or workforce development.
• Valid motor vehicle driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Support SNAP E&T, RESEA, and Wagner-Peyser through direct service delivery and program administration.
