Spectra-Tech Manufacturing Inc. in Batavia Township, OH is hiring for an SMT loader role. This position loads SMT parts, delivers loaded jobs to lines, and unloads completed items while coordinating with the SMT team on shortages and equipment needs.
Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and are comfortable in a manufacturing environment. The job offers full-time hours, Friday off, a starting rate of $18.50 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Hours: M-Th, 5:45am-4:30pm, M-Th
Starting Rate: $18.50 and up based on experience
Summary: Accurate loading of SMT parts on the applicable equipment. Deliver loaded jobs to the SMT lines and unload jobs as they clear production. Reallocation of parts as needed.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Experience in assembly preferred but not necessary.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Work is performed in a manufacturing environment, with frequent contact with others. Requires prolonged standing, sitting, frequent bending, stooping, and stretching. Occasional lifting will be required.
Equipment: Training will be given in the use of applicable hardware and equipment.
Work Environment: Job functions will be performed in and around the SMT lines and pre-loading area in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
