Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an SMT Operator for a contract position in Loveland, CO. The role runs through the end of the year and offers full-time hours with weekly pay in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include operating SMT equipment for PCB production, loading materials, monitoring performance, performing inspections, and recording production and quality data. A high school diploma or GED is required, and drug screening will apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new processes.
• Ability to follow written work instructions.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate SMT equipment used in PCB manufacturing.
• Load materials and monitor machine performance during production runs.
• Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Complete secondary processing and assembly tasks as needed.
• Record production and quality data.
• Troubleshoot minor issues.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.
