Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a PCB Assembly Operator for a 3-month contract in Loveland, CO. The role focuses on assembling printed circuit boards and electronic components in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/electronics experience is a plus
• Hand soldering experience is helpful
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components according to work instructions and production schedules
• Perform hand soldering and other electronic assembly tasks
• Complete secondary processing operations on PCB assemblies
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Identify and remove defective materials or components
• Complete quality, traceability, and production documentation
• Maintain production boards and visual management tools
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and care
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
• Participate in team meetings and daily production planning
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Cross-train in other production areas as needed
