Job summary

Manpower is seeking an SMT Operator in Loveland, Colorado, for a contract opportunity through the end of the year. The role offers full-time hours (Mon-Thu, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM), weekly pay, paid training, and a chance to gain experience in electronics manufacturing.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required, and the ability to follow written work instructions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate SMT equipment used in printed circuit board manufacturing.
• Load materials and monitor machine performance during production runs.
• Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Complete secondary processing and assembly tasks as needed.
• Record production and quality data.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.
