Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HS diploma with 4+ years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, quality, compliance, or SMS.
• In-person New Hire Orientation on Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Lead SMS implementation and maintain documentation.
• Facilitate risk identification and mitigation with SAT/SRB.
• Prepare and submit safety performance reports.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance.
• Support change management initiatives for safety.
• Provide SMS and Human Factors training.
• Disseminate product safety information and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with GE sites to share lessons learned.
• Monitor safety metrics and drive SRM improvements.
• Standardize processes under FLIGHT DECK.
