Qualifications

• Hands-on campaign execution and reporting experience.
• Experience with a marketing automation platform to build campaigns and segment audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop SMS strategies and campaign calendars aligned with client goals.
• Write concise messages and CTAs reflecting each brand voice.
• Build audience segments from activity, purchases, and engagement signals.
• Plan customer journeys for welcome, repeat purchases, loyalty, and reactivation.
• Coordinate setup, approvals, scheduling, QA, tracking and links.
• Design tests and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor delivery, clicks, conversions, opt-outs, and revenue attribution where possible.
• Explain performance to clients and promote repeatable marketing practices.
• Collaborate with customer success and product teams to improve workflows.
