Job summary

Dutchie is seeking a Marketing Strategy Consultant I on the Solutions team to unlock the value of our Loyalty & Marketing product for cannabis retailers. You’ll use data to identify high-opportunity accounts and partner with Customer Success to drive adoption and revenue growth.

You’ll roll up your sleeves, configure campaigns in-platform (SMS, MMS, email), and help customers implement effective loyalty-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail marketing, digital marketing, customer marketing, or marketing consulting.
• Hands-on experience using a marketing technology platform to manage SMS, MMS, and email campaigns.
• Strong data-driven marketing understanding and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze usage and GMV data to identify accounts with the greatest opportunity for adoption and revenue lift.
• Advise on campaigns, target audiences, timing, and how to combine SMS, MMS, and email effectively.
• Help customers configure the platform, build campaigns, and set up workflows.
• Develop SOPs and marketing playbooks tailored to each customer.
• Review performance post-launch and iterate strategy to improve adoption and retention.
