Qualifications

• Strong ability to ship web experiences with no-code/AI tools.
• Comfort thriving in a startup, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-click consumer journey: landing pages, content layouts, and monetization mix.
• Run continuous experiments: layouts, sequencing, content angles, and variants.
• Analyze funnel performance daily and ship fixes to improve yield.
• Collaborate with demand and yield teams to align on-page with conversion goals.
• Balance monetization with user trust to protect long-term channel health.
