Klaviyo is seeking a versatile Product Marketing Lead to own SMS and Mobile messaging as a core growth engine for our platform. You will partner with the Klaviyo SMS & Mobile product team, analyze market dynamics, and influence the roadmap while leading global product launches and cross-functional GTM initiatives.

You will drive adoption, expand global carrier coverage, and shape a high-ROI mobile strategy, surfacing customer needs and delivering compelling messaging across markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing roles.
• Marketing tech experience or e-commerce is a plus.
• Know what great work looks like – bring new intro frameworks and be ready to move fast.

Responsibilities

• Define value proposition, messaging hierarchy, and positioning for SMS & Mobile product suite.
• Lead end-to-end GTM strategies across Sales, CS, Enablement, and Growth Marketing.
• Track global mobile trends to position Klaviyo as a trusted, compliant mobile marketing solution.
• Champion customer needs, surface market gaps, and influence product roadmap with PMM.
• Develop targeted campaigns, ROI models, and cross-sell playbooks to drive revenue growth.
• Build GTM assets (pitch decks, ROI calculators, enablement trainings) with sales.
