• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Positioning & Storytelling: define value proposition, messaging hierarchy, and positioning.
• GTM & Product Launches: drive end-to-end strategies across Sales, CS, Enablement, and Growth.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: track mobile trends to position Klaviyo as trusted and compliant.
• Roadmap Evangelization & Influence: partner with Product Management to champion customer needs.
• Adoption & Revenue Growth: develop campaigns, ROI models, and cross-sell playbooks.
• Sales Enablement & Deal Support: build GTM assets as a mobile SME with sales.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: support objectives of the K:Marketing PMM org.
