Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a versatile Product Marketing Lead to own SMS and Mobile at the K:Marketing PMM team. You’ll define messaging, drive global GTM launches, and influence the product roadmap to accelerate adoption and revenue growth across brands worldwide.

In a fast-growing, cross-functional environment, you’ll partner with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Growth Marketing to craft compelling campaigns and ROI models, expanding carrier coverage and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Marketing tech experience or e-commerce is a plus.
• Experience with product intro frameworks and playbooks.
• Examples of strong positioning and messaging.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the value proposition, messaging, and positioning for Klaviyo’s SMS and Mobile product suite.
• Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategies across Sales, CS, Enablement, and Growth Marketing.
• Track global mobile trends and competitive intelligence to position Klaviyo as trusted and compliant.
• Partner with Product Management to champion customer needs and surface market gaps.
• Develop GTM assets and enablement trainings with sales as a mobile SME.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration within the PMM organization and mobile unit.
