You’ll launch new properties from scratch using no-code and AI-assisted builders, then continuously optimize through testing and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in performance marketing or SMS lifecycle.
• Experience owning a conversion or revenue metric.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
• Ability to ship web experiences with no-code/AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own post-click consumer journey: landing pages, content layouts, monetization mix.
• Run continuous experimentation across layouts and offers.
• Analyze funnel daily and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with demand and yield teams for on-page alignment.
• Balance monetization with user trust and long-term channel health.
