Qualifications

• Ability to perform in front of large crowds and draw attention to the Smokehouse area.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Must read and understand information and direction.
• Previous meat cutting/trimming experience.
• Culinary knowledge preferred.
• Able to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Pit Master on the sales floor, delivering Smokehouse guest experiences.
• Interact with guests and hosts in a fun, friendly, engaging manner.
• Ensure staff provide fun, friendly, and engaging service.
• Demonstrate superior guest service at all times.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, stocking, and guest service as needed.
• Maintain HACCP logs and compliance with safety standards.
• Provide guidance, orientation, and feedback to team members.
• Perform light meat cutting duties as needed.
• Make PA announcements to inform guests about samples and specials.
• Adhere to merchandising and operational standards for the department.
