Figma in London is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. This full-time hybrid role combines technical and business expertise to help SMB customers realize value from the platform through tailored demos and strategic guidance.

You will lead pre-sales engagements, address security questionnaires, collaborate with product and sales, and craft scalable technical solutions that accelerate digital product delivery for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales engineering or solution consulting within SaaS.
• Familiarity with the SaaS sector and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience presenting technical solutions and leading pre-sales evaluations.
• Excellent communication skills with engaging presentations and demos.
• Ability to prioritise competing customer demands while balancing needs.

Responsibilities

• Paint the vision of the company Platform and guide customers through value realization via demos.
• Support the Sales team by answering platform questions and showcasing delivery speed.
• Own IT and Security relationships during the deal cycle and address questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to identify security enhancements and roadmap input.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, connecting customers, sales and product teams.
• Create thoughtful content to delight customers and internal partners.
• Collaborate with Figmates and operate with autonomy in a fast-growing environment.
