PrismHR in Chandler, AZ seeks a dynamic product knowledge resource to demo for SMBs and support our Customer Growth and Success teams. You will bridge PrismHR's full product suite with client needs and maintain compelling demo content for clients and internal stakeholders.

This role requires strong public speaking, collaboration with Product, Marketing and Sales, and the ability to present remotely or onsite. Prior demo experience and familiarity with HCM software are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of technical solution presentations.
• 1+ years of HCM experience including benefits, payroll or time and attendance software.
• Demo2Win certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead demonstrations of PrismHR products to SMB prospects.
• Lead demonstrations for Customer Growth/Success Managers.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Sales to improve processes and support.
• Create/maintain demo scripts and sandbox environments.
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge for internal stakeholders.
