Job summary

PrismHR in the United States is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to support SMB clients by demonstrating PrismHR solutions and acting as a product knowledge resource. You will enable growth by presenting PrismHR products and strengthening client relationships.

You will maintain demonstration environments, update talk tracks with senior Sales Engineers, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to tailor demos to client needs. Remote and onsite presentations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ years of HCM experience including benefits, payroll or time and attendance software.
• 1+ years of technical solution presentations.
• Familiarity with PrismHR platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations of PrismHR products to SMB prospects.
• Lead demonstrations for Customer Growth/Success Managers.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales to improve processes.
• Create/maintain demo scripts and sandbox environments.
• Deliver product presentations remotely and onsite.
• Develop demo content and proof points for client engagements.
• Stay up to date on market conditions to inform internal stakeholders.
