PrismHR is seeking an experienced specialist to showcase our payroll, benefits, and HR software to SMB prospects. You will support Customer Growth and Success teams by delivering tailored PrismHR product demonstrations and maintaining demo content for client engagements.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to tailor demonstrations to business needs, update training talks, and learn new PrismHR products and reseller offerings for use in demos.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of technical solution presentations preferable.
• 1+ years of HCM experience including benefits, payroll or time & attendance software is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead demonstrations of PrismHR products to SMB prospects.
• Lead demonstrations of PrismHR products for Customer Growth/Success Managers.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve processes and provide valuable support.
• Assist in creation/maintenance of demo scripts, outlines for new products, and demonstration scenarios in sandbox environments.
• Stay up to date on market conditions to disseminate to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of industry and competitors to support customers and sales teams.
• Assist with RFPs or other customer documents to develop effective responses.
• Build and maintain meaningful demo content for clients and internal stakeholders.
