Job summary

PrismHR is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement-focused professional to support direct clients by acting as a product knowledge resource and delivering demos for SMBs. You will bridge PrismHR’s full suite with client needs and assist Customer Growth/Success teams with demonstrations and proof points.

You will maintain demonstration environments, update demo talk tracks, and collaborate with Senior Sales Engineers to learn reseller products for use in demos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations of PrismHR products to SMB prospects.
• Lead demonstrations for Customer Growth/Success Managers.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to improve processes.
• Create/maintain demo scripts and outlines for new products.
• Stay up to date on market conditions and share insights with internal teams.
• Maintain knowledge of industry and competitors to support sales.
• Assist with RFPs and client documents to craft effective responses.
• Build demo content for clients, their clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Present product demonstrations remotely and onsite.
• Deliver comprehensive demonstrations focused on business value.
