Job summary

Comcast in the United States is seeking a field-focused sales professional responsible for promoting business products to SMB clients through in-store and on-site engagements. You will drive sales targets by selling business mobile products in retail stores, coaching staff to extend SMB sales, and prospecting new leads in the field.

You will manage territory activities, train retail staff to hit goals, handle sales reporting and Salesforce follow-up, and perform essential administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Comcast may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieving a shared business mobile line and SMB installed lead results.
• Managing a territory with a comprehensive business plan.
• Influencing, coaching, and training retail employees to achieve shared goals.
• Generating new leads with targeted businesses through prospecting activities (cold calling, canvassing, referrals, partners).
• Customarily and regularly engaged away from Comcast’s place of business.
• Independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, punctual attendance; may require nights and weekends with a variable schedule.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
