We are seeking an SMB Practice Success Account Manager to manage a large portfolio of single-location practices, drive retention, adoption, and renewal readiness, and partner with Sales, CX, Training, Ops, and Marketing for a scalable customer experience.

You will leverage data-driven outreach and proactive service to ensure activation milestones and ongoing value for practices,

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success within or related to SaaS/healthcare.
• Dental industry experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of single-location practices with focus on retention, expansion and activation.
• Use dashboards and reports to identify at-risk accounts and drive outreach within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, Training, Ops and Marketing to ensure a unified customer experience.
