Job summary

Dandy is hiring an SMB Practice Success Account Manager to support our growing SMB dental-practice customer base. This on-site role focuses on a light-touch, proactive, data-informed approach to activation, retention, and value realization at scale.

You will partner with Sales, CX, Training, Ops, and Marketing to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across locations, while managing a large portfolio of single-location practices and driving adoption of our dental practice technology.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer support, onboarding or success in SaaS/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of single-location practices with focus on retention and activation.
• Identify campaigns to increase scanner utilization, product adoption, and engagement.
• Build rapport with practice managers and stakeholders via professional communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, Training, Ops and Marketing to ensure a unified experience.
• Maintain accurate account notes and documentation for visibility across teams.
• Participate in team experiments to improve retention and workflows.
