Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an Account Executive, Business Sales to expand our small business client base. You will prospect, close deals, and build relationships within an assigned geography, using solution-based selling. This is a true hunter role with monthly targets and incentive potential.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of new customer acquisition in a commission environment and prefer outside B2B experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value.
• Negotiate and close deals.
