Job summary

Frontier Communications is seeking a B2B Account Executive for Small and Medium Business Direct Sales in California. You will drive 100% new customer acquisition by understanding client needs and delivering tailored telecom solutions, including fiber, voice, WiFi, and security services.

You will work independently in your assigned territory, closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships while meeting clear, measurable sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of business experience with a successful track record of strong prospecting and business acquisition.
• A valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new business opportunities within a specified territory by knocking on doors and following up with prospects.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Achieve monthly order and install targets and develop tailored proposals.
• Leverage pre- and post-sales support to maximize revenue potential.
• Stay informed about competitors’ activities and market trends.
