Job summary

Yardi is hiring an Associate Account Executive - SMB in Irving, TX. You will drive new business by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and guiding them through a consultative sales process for Yardi Breeze.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support new business development efforts within an assigned SMB territory by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients.
• Manage and assist with the full sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery, solution presentations, negotiation, and closing opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales goals through consistent outreach, pipeline development, and customer engagement activities.
• Participate in marketing and promotional events to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, CRM records, and product knowledge through ongoing training, certifications, and performance tracking.
