Job summary

BWH Hotels is seeking a skilled Smartsheet administrator to lead the Design Excellence program's platform, drive automation, and improve data visibility. You will coordinate cross-functional workflows, support reporting, and implement scalable solutions across the organization.

The role requires 3–5 years in Smartsheet administration, strong data management, and a proactive approach to AI-enabled tooling and process improvement. Hybrid work model with office presence in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

Advanced Smartsheet administration experience (workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, automation).
Experience with system integrations between business apps.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Smartsheet admin, including configuration, templates, workflows, user support, reporting, dashboards, and automation.
Maintain and enhance Smartsheet-Salesforce integrations and other system connections.
