Job summary

BWH Hotels seeks a Design Excellence Smartsheet Administrator to lead configuration, templates, dashboards, and automation. You will maintain integrations, drive data visibility, and support cross-functional workflows across the organization.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Smartsheet or similar platforms, with strong reporting skills and experience implementing AI-enabled automation. Hybrid work model with on-site presence at headquarters is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience administering Smartsheet or similar enterprise work management platforms.
• Experience with system integrations and data management between business applications.
• Ability to evaluate and utilize technology solutions, including AI-enabled tools and automation to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Smartsheet, including configuration, templates, workflow design, user support, reporting, dashboards, and automation.
• Maintain and enhance integrations between Smartsheet, Salesforce, and other business systems for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Develop and implement workflow improvements to streamline processes and data quality.
• Monitor new platform capabilities and AI solutions to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Manage monthly design billing processes and related reporting.
• Coordinate operational communications, including milestone notifications and reviews.
