Job summary

Manhattan Strategy Group seeks a Smartsheet Solutions Consultant to design, develop, and support Smartsheet‑based solutions for a large federal project. This contracted engagement focuses on governance, dashboards, reports, automation, and data integration across multiple teams.

The consultant will act as a technical advisor, collaborate with project leadership, create reusable documentation, and deliver training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support throughout the contract period.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and developing Smartsheet solutions with cross‑sheet references and automated workflows.
• Experience administering Smartsheet users, permissions, workspaces, sharing, and ownership.
• Proficiency with Python for automation, data manipulation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and enhance Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, and automations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Smartsheet and other systems using Power Automate and APIs.
• Create governance standards, documentation, and training materials for project teams.
• Troubleshoot complex workflows, monitor automated processes, and implement improvements.
• Provide user enablement and ongoing support to ensure adoption and data quality.
