Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch installation and service orders, assigning technicians based on urgency, skill, and availability.
• Set up and manage daily and on-call schedules for service technicians; monitor status to optimize coverage.
• Monitor orders and service calls to minimize customer wait times and maximize technician productivity.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and internal teams via phone, computer, and text.
• Ensure orders/tickets are updated and closed upon completion; maintain documentation.
